How does the Career in Cricket password reset process work?

Enter your registered phone number on the Forgot Password page. We will send a secure password reset link to the email or contact method associated with your account. Follow the link to create a new password.

How long is the password reset link valid?

The password reset link expires after 60 minutes for security reasons. If your link has expired, simply request a new one from the Forgot Password page.

I didn't receive the reset link — what should I do?

Check your spam or junk mail folder first. If still not found, ensure you entered the correct phone number associated with your account and try again. Contact support if the issue persists.

What if I no longer have access to my registered phone number?

If you have lost access to your registered phone number, please contact the Career in Cricket support team directly. We will verify your identity and help you regain access to your account.
